Plantation Oaks of Ormond Beach is Florida’s newest 55+ manufactured home community. This private, gated, age restricted, 55 and older, manufactured home retirement community consists of 427 lots on 233 acres. The community will be developed in four phases. The first phase consists of 97 land-lease, manufactured home sites, a 10,000 square foot clubhouse and onsite amenities.
All homes will be manufactured homes with a two-car garage and a cozy front porch. The home sizes vary from a minimum of 1,200 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
